Penplusbytes to participate in Deep Offshore West Africa Congress 2016

On Thursday June 23rd, Penplusbytes will be participating in a two-day Deep Offshore West Africa Congress (DOWAC) on the theme “Expanding the Hunt for Deep Offshore Oil & Gas of Emerging West Africa Countries” in Accra, Ghana.

DOWAC 2016 is the only leading event focused on Deep & Shallow Water in emerging West Africa countries, emphasizing the opportunities from new licensed, new discovery and field development projects. It is a gathering of high profile executives in the Oil and Gas industry such as Director of Exploration Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, Gabon, Chairman of Department of Petroleum Resources, Nigeria, National Petroleum Director, Ministry of Petroleum, Angola, and the acting Chief Operating Officer of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation. This year’s event is bringing together ten West African countries including key Oil and Gas producers Nigeria, Angola and Ghana as well as emerging countries Gabon, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, Liberia, Equatorial Guinea, Congo and Cameroon.

According to organizers, the conference will focus more on latest policy and regulatory issues, projects update, technologies sharing, brand building and networking. There will be an exclusive session to exploit the effective solutions to overcome the low oil price hard times.
