Justin Tusoe is a Development Economist, with a specialization in Economic Development, Poverty and Inequality, Antipoverty Transfers and Government policies in Developing Countries. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He joined Penplusbytes in August 2023 as a Fellow from Emerging Public Leaders (EPL) Ghana. At Penplusbytes, his duties include assisting with research and data analysis as well as projects and programmes support.
