Policy Brief on critical Steps in ensuring responsible media coverage of Elections 2020

Coverage of elections by the media comes with its own challenges which require adequate preparation by media houses who wish to engage in accurate, balanced and fair reportage which serves the public interest. This policy brief is therefore a call to action for stakeholders (government, NMC, GJA, Civil Society Organizations, international communities etc. in the media landscape to ensure that the media are circumspect in their reportage. This policy brief is a product of the Penplusbytes' Webinar Series on Elections 2020 which aims at finding solutions to the multifaceted issues of inclusivity, legitimacy and acceptance of fair election results in Ghana.
