2nd Quarter Social Media Index Report – July 2023
The report reviews the outlook and performance of Ghanaian Radio stations, TV stations and Newspapers based on their presence, “followers” and “likes” on social media; particularly on Facebook, Twitter (Now X) and Instagram. Their engagement strategy is also assessed as a component of their followership on these platforms. With collected data remaining valid as at 31st July, 2023, this report rates how media establishments have made good use of their social media platforms to reach out and engage audiences by employing a quantitative research module.
