Claudette has a proven track record in corporate training, lecturing, business consulting, capacity building and mentoring along multiple sectors.

She provides professional services to corporate clients in training, consulting, business advisory, and company secretarial services. She has a deep passion for capacity building for businesses while ensuring that they scale up progressively from micro to medium sized, and eventually large businesses. Several start-ups by young entrepreneurs have benefited from her expert services.

With a wide range of expertise in banking, and enterprise development skills, businesses which engaged her services have been better placed to adhere to regulatory compliance. In 2010, she joined the Institute of Directors where she qualified as an IOD member and later served as both the company secretary and Business Development Manager. In 2023, she qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Subsequently she completed her doctoral studies in Business Administration. Claudette is a Corporate Lawyer, a doctor and an aspiring chartered Accountant. She aspires to build her capacity in the advisory space especially Legal, research, and financial advice.
