Mike Pflanz was Africa Correspondent for Britain’s Daily Telegraph from 2005 to 2015, and is a former chair of the Foreign Correspondents’ Association of East Africa. He now runs an international consultancy from his base in Nairobi advising conservation and environment organisations how best to communicate their work to media audiences, with a focus on national audiences in the countries where his clients operate. He has contracts with a number of international organisations operating across Africa, and has worked in more than 20 countries across the continent.
