This report examines disinformation trends before, during and after Ghana's2024 presidential and parliamentary elections. It highlights false narratives, doctored media, and misleading claims that had the potential to undermine the public’s trust in the electoral process, institutions of state and manipulate electorates’ voting decisions, public perceptions, and election outcomes.
