Data Journalism & Visualization Course

This amazing course will be taught by a team of nine instructors, led by the University of Miami’s Knight Chair Alberto Cairo and Google News Lab’s data editor Simon Rogers.
This all-new MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) will be the first-ever Knight Center course offered in three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish) simultaneously.
During this six-week course, you’ll learn about an array of free tools that can help improve your work in data journalism and visualization. By the end of the course, you will have learned how to find and get data, prepare data, find stories in data, visualize data and more.
